The smell reminds me of sitting around a campfire up at Moosehead Lake, and the warm feeling I get when I think of my family sitting next to me in, laughing and telling stories. I take a bit of this cheese and I relax, breathe in the savory smokey aroma, and I think of those campfires and the happiness I felt in those moments. It's a truly original product you can't find anywhere else."
Designed for eating by the spoonful, but delightful as a spread, mixed with fresh greens, atop wood fired pizza, or accompanying any type of pasta. Drizzle a little olive oil or if you like spicy, a bit of Sriracha, to send your taste buds to heaven.
