Plain Gouda-Style Cheese

I have been making my aged Gouda-Style cheese now for last 10 years. It has evolved over time into my signature cheese, with so many tweaks to my recipe that it has taken shape into a cheese of it's own. Not as mild or soft as a traditional Gouda, my version is a bit drier and has more of a bite to it. All are aged with a natural rind for at least three months. This cheese is perfect for a cheese board, for melting and cooking, or shredding for your favorite pizza. It's incredible versatile, and everyday cheese that's unlike any other Gouda-style cheese you've tried.
