Every other batch, I like to mix it up and incorporate some herbed varieties of my Gouda-style cheese into my rotation. I generally rotate between Red Pepper and Fresh Rosemary infused Gouda's. This month, our Rosemary Natural Rind Gouda is on the shelves!
All are aged a minimum of three months, with a natural rind. A drier but very flavorful version of a traditional Gouda. The availability of these flavors varies, so please contact me to see what's in season before you order. Or I can just surprise you!
