Bonfire, a Raclette Style

Our Raclette style cheese, Bonfire, is a cheese that's meant to be shared. Washed in a locally brewed pale ale, our Bonfire Raclette is funky and floral, with an ale finish. Melt this cheese on, well, just about anything! Or just serve up at room temp on a cheese board with your favorite accoutrements. A raw milk cheese, aged at least 60 days.
