New to our repertoire here at Crooked Face Creamery, our Raclette style cheese, Bonfire, is a cheese that's meant to be shared. Washed in a locally brewed Juniper Pale Ale, our Bonfire Raclette is funky and floral, with slight piney notes with an ale finish. Melt this cheese on, well, just about anything! Or just serve up at room temp on a cheese board with your favorite accoutrements. A raw milk cheese, aged at least 60 days.
